BODYSUIT // American Apparel
JEANS // Calvin Klein (vintage)
SHOES // American Apparel
BAG // The Cambridge Satchel
BRACELET // c/o Soufeel

Hello again!
I know it's been such an incredibly long time since I last made a post on here, but I'm back now! Too many obligations such as school and work have kept me away from doing these posts, making my blog a bit neglected and pushed to the backburner. It feels nice to be doing this again.

Recently I was contacted by the people at Soufeel and asked if I could do a review of their product. Soufeel is a website that sells a collection of jewelry, but their specialty is in charm bracelets, which are made from either 925 sterling silver or 14k gold. Their charm bracelets have Swarovski elements in them, and their bracelets are able to fit any Pandora charm.

I received the bracelet in a nice, white box with a blue ribbon with the bracelet and the corresponding charms located inside. I also appreciated the fact that the package also included a bag with the Soufeel logo on it- presumably for anyone who wished to give a Soufeel charm bracelet to a special someone as a gift for holidays or other occasions. Installing the bracelet was a bit tricky at first, but after figuring out how to open the spherical clasp, I was good to go. I loved how it looked sitting on my wrist, and the Soufeel bracelet can be paired nicely with another silver bracelet or a watch.

In fact, Soufeel was even generous enough to offer my readers a giveaway for $60 worth of jewelry from their website! In order to qualify, you'll need to complete the mandatory steps below, and some optional steps to have a better chance at winning! Contest begins June 24th and ends on July 21st. Here are the steps:

1. Visit the Soufeel website
2. After doing so, leave a comment indicating the top 3 things you would choose from their website.

This contest is only open to participants living in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico
Best of luck to all entering!

GLASSES // c/o Firmoo
JACKET // American Apparel
SWEATER // Acne Studios
JEANS // Calvin Klein
BACKPACK // Matt & Nat

Hello and a happy 2015 to all of you so far!

This is my first post of 2015 that i've done, and it feels so good to post again after a hiatus from my blog. And it's even better when it's an outfit post.

2014 for me was a year of transitioning and a lot of rough changes, but so far 2015 seems to be holding up, although it's too early to tell. I'm sure many of my regular readers remember the collaboration/contest I held with Firmoo awhile back, and I'm proud to start off the beginning of the year with yet another collab with them! They were so kind to contact me again and gave me yet another option of picking a pair of frames to wear. I ended up with their unisex acetate glasses, a retro styled round frame with wire metal temples. It was pretty unique and nifty in my opinion. What I like most about the frame is the sharp contrast between the metal and the plastic, and the quirkiness of the glasses itself gives it a true vintage feel.

Even though I already have a pair of Firmoo frames that I'm currently wearing (and loving), it's always nice to have a spare on hand in case things get a little crazy. Firmoo is also awesome in the fact that they have an ongoing promotion in which you can get your first pair of glasses for free! So if you're looking for a pair of frames or just want a cute spare to hold on to, Firmoo is the way to go.

As far as the rest of my outfit goes, it was pretty chilly when I was taking these pictures. I've always wanted a pair of chelsea boots, so I picked up a cute pair from ASOS, along with the fedora hat that I've been searching for for the longest time.

The Matt & Nat backpack is honestly one of my favorite backpacks aside from my Kanken, and it's been SO useful for school. It has a nifty computer compartment inside, comfortable enough to hold a 13 inch laptop, and for all the leather conscious people out there- M&N produces all of their products out of vegan leather. They also pride themselves in being a sustainable company (a big + in my book) in the fact that they produce their bag lining out of 100% recycled plastic bottles and source products such as cork and rubber for their design process. Pretty nifty.

Have a great week!!

It's amazing how much time has passed since between the last time I've made a post on this blog and now. I feel terrible for neglecting this blog, and to be honest I've missed posting on here. So much has happened in my personal life and school, it's hard not to get carried away and forget the hobbies you once used to enjoy.

In the meantime, I hope everyone has had a very merry christmas/happy holiday, and I have so much I want to post here. I was going to shoot another outfit post until I realized I lost my battery charger...and my camera is dead, so now I have to fork over money to buy a new charger. Shit's stressful. I also have intentions to sell some of the stuff in my closet via my Tictail shop that I don't wear/use anymore, so keep an eye out for a future post!

I don't know why I consistently make outfits that aren't necessarily winter weather appropriate. Maybe because I'm still in denial...or I just don't care. I'd gladly imagine myself wearing this outfit, even though I'll probably freeze (and still look cute).

Here's to hoping I'll be a bit more consistent with my posts. Thanks for reading, guys.
